but it’s the first of march and i wanted to do a little check in on my newsletter fam <3 it has been weird to not have my weekly coffee + newsletter writing session and I’m hoping that maybe one day this newsletter can come back into my life. but as we know, balance is hard and i am the queen of taking on way too much, so this project will stay dormant for now (but I’ll always pop in to say a quick hi)

the half mara that i signed up for on a whim (and talked about in my last update) is in 1 week … time truly flies !! i both simultaneously feel good and also frickin nervous about it but i guess that is to be expected
in a depressy episode , a slump era as i would call it, right now as i write this. life goes on. i’ll be okay. it sucks right now. new reel about it soon.
i need something to get me out of this rut^^ (i swear i didn’t plan this and it is *not* part of the marketing material), and i am so excited to talk to u about this silly little ~challenge~ that has been my brainchild for WEEKS!!!
think duolingo meets masterclass in a very fun n interactive game that lives on an app. throughout the 14 days, we’ll work on mental health, physical health, building community, and intuitive movement : building habits, trying out new things, and just generally working towards becoming a better version of ourselves.
but this isn’t just another online course or pdf. the catch? you need to prove to me that you’ve completed the challenge every day. i get to be your accountability buddy !! which is so frickin cool?
