I totally agree with you about stage 1, both it being difficult to accept and embrace and also that it has to have the opportunity to run its course. I’ve found that when I’m burnt out, if I just allow space for it, I eventually come back around with a will and desire to engage again. This is a great list of suggestions on how to walk this, thanks for taking the time to write it!
I only made it through because I was on a 6 hour flight and DEDICATED not to DNF (I have a weird habit of trying not to DNF anything) but honestly I should have -- it was a weird weird book
